SHIPPING POLICY
At Amevienne, we aim to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives. Orders are carefully processed and prepared for dispatch. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on the delivery destination and the shipping method selected.
The estimated delivery time and applicable shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before your order is completed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with the available tracking information.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you love your Amevienne order. However, if you change your mind, you have the right to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you have notified us, you will have a further 14 days to return the item. Items should be returned in their original condition and should not show signs of use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect or try them on.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us at amevienne.store@gmail.com so we can assist you. To request a return, please contact our customer care team before sending your item back. Further return instructions will be provided by email.
